Incredible Experience at The Indus Valley Hotel
This is undoubtedly one of the finest hotels that I've ever experienced. The staff is exceptionally friendly and ready to cater to your every request. A friendly reminder to fellow travelers: When venturing into challenging terrains like Leh, where the staff is doing so much for you, please show appreciation.
Upon my arrival, the check-in process was quick, and I received my room promptly. I requested a room with a balcony instead of the one I had booked without, and they upgraded me at no extra cost. I asked for my dinner, included in the room cost, to be delivered to my room, and they graciously obliged. The breakfast the next day was fantastic.
As I left for Pangong and Khardungla, they even packed sandwiches and cut fruits for me. If you can't consider all this as good hospitality, then what is? The best part was that every staff member greeted me with a genuine smile. A truly wonderful experience.

A hidden treasure
We decided on a last-minute stay at Indus Valley Leh for 4 days. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a well-appointed hotel with an extremely friendly and courteous staff catering to our every need. Their efficient management handled changes to our hotel stay dates, room change... Sonam at reception were super friendly, kind, and experienced in hospitality.
The hotel is conveniently located approximately 0.2 miles from the Leh market, easily accessible by a short walk. The complimentary breakfast went beyond the average toast and cereal, offering Indian, Continental, healthy, and made-to-order options. Yangchen in the restaurant was a very attentive hostess, and the Chef made a visit to ensure we had all we needed. We are thoroughly impressed with this hotel, the staff, and the service, and we would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Stay at The Indus Valley
Stay: Visited Leh in February during winter, and we desired a centrally heated room with a mountain view. The Indus Valley fulfilled our requirements precisely. The rooms feature central heating and offer a breathtaking mountain view. Our stay at The Indus Valley was truly amazing.
Staff: The staff, especially Reception Officer Sonam and colleague Tani were incredibly helpful. They played a significant role in ensuring our smooth stay in Leh throughout the trip, even when we stayed at another hotel in between.
Location: Conveniently located, it's only about 4 km from Leh Airport and within walking distance to the Leh main market.
Food: While the breakfast is delicious, it is on the pricier side.
