Our stay here was great, and every moment was enjoyable. The property is lovely, well-maintained, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. Chorol, who assisted us, was very polite and helpful. We opted for the Luxury room, which was impeccably clean, and the bed and pillows provided a comfortable sleep. The bathroom was spotless, offering an array of amenities, including lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, etc. Quality coffee, tea, bottled water, and slippers were also provided. The buffet breakfast featured a variety of hot and cold dishes. We dined in the restaurant multiple times, and the food quality was excellent, with generous portion sizes.
The entire staff was proficient in English, exceptionally professional, helpful, and friendly. The atmosphere felt more like a boutique hotel than a commercial one. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you! I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel boasts all the amenities one would expect from a 5-star establishment, particularly given its remote Ladakh setting. The rooms are impressive, the breakfast is excellent, and the views are satisfactory. However, what stood out was the lack of a personal touch in their service. We made two requests, both promptly declined. One was for a 1-hour delayed checkout, and the second was for a shuttle service to the market. It wasn't just the denial of the requests, but also the manner in which they were turned down. Overall, it's a solid 5-star hotel, but perhaps the price tag is a bit steep.

This hotel offers a delightful stay and is often hailed as one of the best in Leh. The staff is exceptionally attentive and friendly. The highlight is the breathtaking view of snow-capped mountains visible from the dining room, terrace, and my second-floor room, all facing the rear of the hotel. It's just a short 10-minute walk to the main street, old town, and the Leh Palace access point. The restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, is lovely, featuring an extensive buffet and a-la-carte menu for dinner. While the hotel itself doesn't offer much in terms of activities, the main attraction is exploring the town and the surrounding region. There's a small gym, games room, and pleasant outdoor seating areas, but no cafe or bar, and no pool or entertainment. The buffet breakfasts were generally good, but coffee enthusiasts should be aware that 'instant' is the best available. One minor inconvenience was waiting during check-out while a staff member inspected the mini-bar in my room—a somewhat distrustful practice in an otherwise high-end hotel.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring I felt at home. The room was spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated, offering a fantastic view. The facilities, including the pool and on-site restaurant, were excellent. The hotel's location was ideal, providing convenient access to local attractions. I couldn't have wished for a better stay. I wholeheartedly suggest this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and delightful experience.
