The Bodhi Tree is a decent hotel in Leh, although it's not a luxury hotel as one could think. Rooms are quite standard. The staff is friendly. Main problem is the location, it's quite far from the city center and it's not convenient to walk. It's also noisy during the night, mainly because of the dogs barking. Overall, the experience was still OK.

Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. We spent four days here, and the rooms were spacious and quite cozy. They offer heaters if necessary, though it's not needed in May. Overall, it was a good experience. The only area for improvement is the food variety, as it's quite limited and comes at a higher price. Nevertheless, it's a hotel I would recommend.

Good food, good rooms, overall a nice place to stay. The hotel offers great service, equipped with modern fixtures and fittings. The showers are the only drawback, which is somewhat expected given the limited infrastructure in the area. Wi-Fi is a bit sluggish and has limited coverage within the room, but the pleasant ambiance compensates for it.

Spent 2 nights here in July with my family. The room was pleasant, and the staff, including those in the restaurant, were excellent. The food was good, with ample options and variety for breakfast, but the overall menu felt a bit limited and became a bit monotonous. There were a few small issues. Being on the second floor, the internet wasn't that great in our room, but it worked well in the common area and dining room. Additionally, there were a couple of instances where we faced issues with the hot water in the bathroom. Once it wasn't coming, and on another occasion, only boiling water was coming out. Still, due to the good service, even though slightly overpriced, I would recommend this place in Leh.

Our one-night stay at the Bodhi Tree Hotel was great. Positives: Rooms are clean; the staff is friendly; it's within walking distance to the market; the front desk staff is well-informed; opt for a room with a balcony for breathtaking views; in-room wifi works well. Areas for Improvement: Food is on the pricey side; the hot water system in the bathroom can be tricky. I'll surely stay again and recommend it to others.

My wife and I spent nearly 4 nights at the Bodhi Tree in July. Here's our review:
Location and Accessibility: The hotel is a bit away from the main Leh market, approximately a 10-15 minute walk, which might feel challenging during altitude acclimatization. However, the property offers great mountain views and a serene atmosphere.
Rooms: Spacious, clean rooms with modern amenities and excellent maintenance. While lacking AC, a fan, and a fridge (which are unnecessary given the weather), the rooms do have WiFi. The hotel has a reception area for hanging out, and it might be beneficial to consider adding indoor games for guest entertainment when they're not exploring.
Food & Service: Delicious food with a buffet available for both breakfast and dinner. The service is top-notch, with a very responsive and prompt staff.
Overall, a very commendable property that I would certainly recommend to everyone.
