It's a lovely and cozy hotel with clean rooms. The staff is helpful and accommodating. I stayed for a total of 4 nights. They allowed me to leave some luggage at the hotel while I was away for trips and a trek, which was convenient. The hotel's location is great, close to the center of Leh, just a short 10-minute walk.

Had two stays at this hotel with a 3-day gap in between. It's a mid-budget hotel, well-located, offering good service, friendly staff, and delicious food. The open kitchen concept is a plus. Appreciated the 24-hour hot water without wasting buckets. Mr. Vijender at the front office was extremely helpful. Rooms 317 and 316 on the topmost floor with an attached terrace offer fantastic views. The only major issue was the absence of a mirror in the room. Minor observations include fixing the loosely hanging curtains and reattaching peeling wallpaper. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely stay here again on our next visit. Thanks, Team Spic and Span!

An affordably priced, ideal mid-range hotel with contemporary amenities, a tidy and well-maintained hotel and rooms, delicious food, and a very accommodating staff. The hotel manager is a pleasant person who assisted us in finding a perfect room with a mountain view. Just a few steps away from the main market, the hotel location is ideal, right in the middle of the city. Spic n Span perfectly meets a tourist's expectations. Highly recommended place to stay.

True to its name, this place is absolutely spic and span. Cozy, comfortable, with excellent service, that's what we experienced. The food, mostly North Indian, was quite good. However, they don't offer many local cuisines, and it's preferable to eat in local joints if you want a taste of Ladakh. The staff is helpful and proactive. Special mention to Shehnaz, who efficiently provided all the information we needed regarding shopping, eating, and sightseeing. All in all, a good place to stay in Leh at a reasonable price.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Leh hotel, it's definitely among the top ones. The service was superb, particularly from the front desk managers. We received a friendly welcome at check-in, and everything went smoothly, except for the restaurant manager who seemed a bit unfriendly. However, the rest of the staff was courteous. The rooms were tidy and had an elegant touch. My only suggestion would be to improve the rooms' views of the mountains.
