Incredible hospitality at Ladakh Sarai
I can't find the right words to express the warmth and hospitality we experienced at Ladakh Sarai. Every staff member here is not just welcoming; they genuinely care about making your stay exceptional. They go out of their way to ensure you're comfortable, and the food is not only amazing but served by even more amazing people :)
I regret not remembering or asking for all the staff members' names because, as I mentioned, each one treated us like family. Our dog, in particular, felt incredibly welcome here.
A big shout-out to the names I do recall: Jigmet, Chorol, Sandeep, the entire restaurant staff, the young fellow at the main entrance, the women in the garden... honestly, everyone! Thank you so much for embracing Rocky (our dog) and us into your wonderful Sarai. Can't wait to pay you another visit soon.

Fantastic stay at Ladakh Sarai!
What an amazing experience at Ladakh Sarai in Leh! My husband and I, part of a group of 12 friends, stayed in a chalet room in early August, and everything (room, food, staff, and service) was simply perfect, exceeding our expectations. I can honestly say I haven't encountered such personalized service and hospitality, even in the best hotels or resorts, whether in India or beyond. All credit goes to the owner, Mr. Namgyal, and his outstanding team.
From the manager, Mr. Jalam, to the kitchen, serving, and housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. They always wore smiles and went out of their way to meet all the group's demands. A big thanks to everyone for making our stay so comfortable. Mr. Namgyal, heartfelt thanks for your personalized service, hospitality, valuable tips on altitude sickness, and for maintaining such a top-notch professional team. We'll forever cherish the sweet memories of the wonderful lunches you organized at exotic locations, paying attention to every detail... truly superb!

The chalet rooms with large sit-outs were spacious, comfortable, and offered beautiful views of snow peaks. We spent a total of four nights at Ladakh Sarai in August. The hotel is excellently positioned, just a bit outside of Leh, and our room provided breathtaking views of the nearby mountains. The service is outstanding, with all the staff at reception and in the dining area being extremely friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Chorol, who was exceptionally helpful in rearranging our trip on short notice. The food, served buffet-style, was delightful and offered a diverse menu each day with plenty of options. It's worth noting that the restaurant grows some of the vegetables used in the dishes on-site.
