Comfortable stay at Hotel Rafica
The room was clean and comfortable, with proper hygiene maintained in the toilet. We enjoyed a wonderful view of the mountains from our room on the 2nd floor. Room service was acceptable. However, the dining staff encouraged early dinner or breakfast. There were plenty of options for delicious food at both breakfast and dinner. The secure and family-friendly atmosphere made our vacation worry-free. The location is close to the market, yet being outside it ensures a peaceful environment away from the city noise. Parking facilities are available. Installing a lift could be considered, as climbing stairs to the 2nd floor can be challenging due to the high altitude of the city. Overall, we had a very enjoyable, cozy, and peaceful vacation at the property.

Our group of three couples had an unforgettable stay at this hotel in the last week of September. Our two-night stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with any challenges. Conveniently located, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the market. The provided amenities ensured 24x7 access to hot water for showers, addressing the common challenge faced in Leh. Services included complimentary wifi and board games for entertainment. While the food was satisfactory, a suggestion for improvement would be to offer more fresh fruits. As a vegetarian, I encountered no issues, aside from the limited fruit availability. A highlight of our stay was witnessing the cultural dance program at the hotel!
