Hunder in Nubra Valley offers various small hotels and accommodations. This property has 25 rooms with a beautiful view of mountains and a charming garden area. The rooms are comfortable, and the food was satisfying. Notably, some of the vegetables used in the meals were sourced from their own garden. Overall, the stay was enjoyable.

My friends and I had an enchanting experience at Karma Inn, and it's challenging to express in words. Our host and friend, Karma, went above and beyond in ensuring our hospitality and service. The staff was polite and humble. The buffet breakfast and lunch meals were not only delicious but also exceeded our expectations. Moreover, our rooms were incredibly cozy and comfortable, creating a surreal experience in such a rugged landscape. I would highly recommend this place—11/10 for anyone visiting Nubra Valley.

During my work-related trip, I stayed at this hotel, which appears to be the sole brick-and-mortar option in the entire Nubra Valley. The hotel is decent, offering clean and well-maintained rooms. While there isn't a designated restaurant, meals are served in a canteen-like area. However, the food is quite impressive, particularly the vegetarian dishes, likely sourced from their own vegetable garden. The highlight is undoubtedly the panoramic view, surrounded by mountains, providing a sense of isolation from the outside world, a truly great feeling. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Nubra Valley who prefers not to stay in a tent!

Our stay at this hotel was genuinely delightful. We arrived around 3:30 pm, and the hotel manager, Mr. Krishna, warmly welcomed us with greetings and a cup of tea, a much-needed refreshment after a long journey from Leh via Khardung La. Our rooms on the 2nd floor offered a fantastic view of the mountains from the balcony, adding to the enjoyment of our stay.
The food was delicious, and the serving staff were affectionate and attentive. Despite electricity restrictions, hot water was consistently available, and electricity was provided from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. A unique aspect was that the vegetables used in the meals were grown in their own farm on the hotel premises, providing an interesting sight for urban dwellers. In a nutshell, it's truly worth the stay.
